Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup of flour
 - 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk
 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/3 warm water
 - Oil for frying
 
Method:
- Sieve flour, add in sugar,salt, nutmeg and baking powder. Mix well
 - Add in your milk, slowly add in water till dough forms and becomes sticky
 - Make small balls out of the dough, set them aside, heat up your oil, then put in the balls
 - Fry for 10-15mins or till when its light brown/deep yellow.
 
Ps: Keep stirring until the buns come to the top of the oil. If there's a crack in your buns no worries because that's the classic crack that comes with it
